Josue Iniguez

CEO and Founder

With over 10 years in the industry, Josue enjoys helping and giving people peace of mind in the environmental industry. Being a great leader Josue loves helping team members grow not only professionally but also on the personal level, to become the best version of themselves. Raised here in Colorado Josue enjoys hiking, riding 4 wheelers, working out, listening to audiobooks and constantly coming up with new ideas to improve the business.

Betty began her Executive Assistant career with Rex Environmental in the beginning of 2022. Prior to working on the environmental testing side, Betty worked for a Restoration Company for about 2 years. Betty is a Colorado native who loves to spend as much of her free time as possible with her 2 young daughters.

Paulette Cazares has been with Rex since 2020, and her role at Rex is office manager. Paulette enjoys spending her free time going on walks with her dog and trying new drink and food places with her family and friends.

Michelle manages the Accounting Department. She has been in the industry since 2012 and joined the Rex team in 2019. She initially started off working in the offices of asbestos abatement companies before switching to the testing and consulting side of the industry.
